Comparison of advantages and disadvantages of hot stove for sand dryer

In the production of sand dryer, we usually use fluidized bed furnace, mechanical hot blast stove and artificial feeding combustion furnace. The advantages and disadvantages are as follows:

1. Fluidized Bed Furnace

The fluidized bed furnace produces stable hot air temperature, and the coal content in the slag is very low. It can also be used in other industries. Small maintenance is a new energy-saving technology. But the amount of one-time investment is relatively large.

2. Mechanical Hot Blast Furnace

The highest thermal efficiency of mechanical hot-blast stove is the greatest advantage. It improves the drying efficiency of slime dryer in some aspects. However, mechanical hot-blast stove requires high coal quality and fine coal ash, which consumes a large amount of electricity. In addition, mechanical hot blast stoves can not be desulfurized, aggravating environmental pollution is contrary to the national environmental protection policy, which has been rarely used.

3. Artificial Feeding Combustion Furnace

The control of feeding, cleaning and heat flow temperature of the artificial feeding combustion furnace is accomplished by manual operation. The disadvantages of the artificial feeding combustion furnace are large workload, unsuitable temperature control and unsatisfactory heating effect. The advantages of the artificial feeding combustion furnace are low investment, low cost and simple maintenance.

In sand dryer, only using hot air as medium and carrier can greatly improve the heat utilization rate and thermal working effect. Therefore, which kind of hot air stove to choose is related to the drying effect of the whole set of equipment, so please be careful when choosing.
